Mylyn Connectors

Support Mylyn 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 GA We include Mylyn 2.0 on our update site so that we can continue to support Eclipse 3.2. However, you can update to Mylyn 2.1 or 2.2 via the Mylyn update site. See the Mylyn New and Noteworthy page for information on changes to Mylyn.

SourceForge Enterprise Edition Tracker

Mylyn Connector Created A Mylyn connector for SourceForge Enterprise Edition Tracker component was added. This allows you to create custom tracker queries and edit tasks using a rich editor in the Eclipse environment

SourceForge Tracker Editor

Server Requirements SourceForge Enterprise Edition 4.4 or later is required. Hotfix 2 contains a fix that improves performance of task synchronization. SFEE 4.4 SP1 will be required for artifact attachment support.

Issue Tracker Connector (Issuezilla)

Resolution Displayed in Editor When an IssueZilla task is RESOLVED you can now see the resolution (FIXED, DUPLICATE etc.) in the task editor.

Mylyn 2.1 Compatibility A modification was made to account for an API change in Mylyn 2.1.

Support for & in Metadata When a project used an & in something like a sub-component name the XML for the metadata is invalid. We now escape the XML before parsing to resolve this problem.

Project Tracker Connector

Apache Axis Compatibility A problem was identified when two or more Eclipse plug-ins are using Apache Axis. Changes were made in the plug-in packaging to better accommodate this scenario.

openCollabNet Integration

Search Any CollabNet Enterprise Edition Site The openCollabNet view has been enhanced so that in addition to allowing you to search openCollabNet, you can also search any CollabNet Enterprise Edition site. The view comes pre-configured for several popular community sites that run CollabNet Enterprise Edition. You can easily add your own site and projects to the view so that they can be searched from Eclipse.
